Allocation

Option pool

A 10% employee option pool (33,333 teckningsoptioner) has been authorized via standing board mandate, intended for grants to employees, consultants, board members and advisors, where eligible designated as kvalificerade personaloptioner (KPO).

Dividend right

If the Company pays a cash dividend on Ordinary Shares while a SAFE is outstanding, the SAFE holder receives a proportional Dividend Amount (per SAFE Section 5(c)).

Document revisions and withdrawal

The Company may make immaterial or clarifying revisions to the SAFE and ancillary documents prior to signing, and reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the offering in whole or in part at any time before execution. Any materially adverse revision will be communicated to allocated investors before signing, with the right to decline.
